Bitfund Capital was founded on a single conviction: institutional-grade digital asset management must be possible without sacrificing the privacy properties that make cryptocurrency uniquely valuable. We exist to prove that thesis at scale.

Operating exclusively on the Tor network and settling entirely in Monero (XMR), we have built infrastructure that protects investors from surveillance, censorship, and regulatory overreach — without compromising on performance or operational integrity.

Built for longevity.

Legal structure Offshore private investment partnership with no KYC requirements.
Custody model Self-custody only. Funds are held in multi-sig cold storage controlled by the investment committee.
Settlement currency Monero (XMR). All subscriptions and redemptions denominated in XMR.
Minimum investment XMR equivalent of USD 100.
Lock-up Quarterly redemption windows. 30-day notice required.
Reporting Monthly NAV reports delivered via encrypted messaging.
Communication All correspondence conducted over Tor. No clearnet contact channels.
